PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL

If you select PayPal as payment method, the next step is to be forwarded to Paypal. If the required detail has been entered there, you will automatically return to this shop to complete the order. 

 

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

You transfer the amount on the given bank details on the invoice and as soon as we have received the amount, your order will be shipped.

 

 

 

TRACKING ORDER

As soon as the oder is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track-trace and be sure when to receive your purchase.

PRESENTATION

 

Please note that colour, size and details may vary which is a sign that they are handmade, unique and not mass-produced.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING

The shipping price is indicated close to the price or in the cart. The price differs depending on where your oder has to be shipped. It usually will take 3-5 days delivery time in the EU and up to 8 days outside of the EU. 

Please be aware that we only ship on weekdays not on weekends.

NOTE:  Keep in mind that customs costs may subsequently arise and need to get paid due to shipping/delivery abroad.

RETURNS *

We do your orders in house. From the day you receive your package you have 14 days time to return the item. Send us an e-mail at jenmmdesign@gmail.com to get your return label if the form is missing inside the box. The return form must be filled out and send back together with the refunded products. The returned items has to be retuned to the delivery service point indicated on the return label.  The price that is already paid will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods. Internationally the delivery may be delayed.

 

 

          How to return 

 

Follow the steps below to receive your return label.

The refund will be issued as soon as we have received your return. You will be refunded to the same form of payment  from when the purchase was made.

Items have to be returned in the original shipping box and original condition and have all their tags on.

 

Steps:

 

1. Place product or products in the original shipping box including the filled out return slip.

 

2. Close and tape the box.

 

3. Send an email to jenmmdesign@gmail.com with the message that you would like to return your order or part of your order .

 

4. We will either generate a return label and send it to you by email or forward you to our return portal where you can easily print out and create your return label.

 

5. Do label the box with the address label, preferably on top of the prior delivery info.

 

5. Take it to your nearest post office indicated on the  return label.

 

* Please note that momentarily for orders to the UK and the USA can not be generated a return label. In this case return costs must be taken by the costumer. The return must be accepted from the costumer as a new packet at DHL Service point. Shipping fees are not refundable.
