PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products marked as pre-order products, can be ordered by sending a message, clicking on the message button or sending an email at jenmmdesign@gmail.com. 

Production time 3 weeks  and 1 week shipping time.

 

When pre-order, payment should be made beforehand. Options will be shown on the email received before placing the order.

 

PRESENTATION

 

Please note that colour, size and details may vary which is a sign that they are handmade, unique and not mass-produced.

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING

The shipping price is indicated close to the price or in the cart. The price differs depending on where your oder has to be shipped. It usually will take 3-8 days delivery time in the EU and up to 18 days outside of the EU. 

Please be aware that we only ship on weekdays not on weekends.

NOTE:  JENMMDSGN does not cover international duties, taxes or border charges from local authorities. Keep in mind that if you are living outside of the EU, local taxes and duties may subsequently arise and need to get paid due to shipping/delivery abroad.

         *Delivery

Delivery can be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons and thereafter can come to a few days. Please do keep track of the tracking number to be up to date about your order.

 

RETURNS *

We do your orders in house. From the day you receive your package you have 14 days time to return the item. Send us an e-mail at jenmmdesign@gmail.com to get your return label if the form is missing inside the box. The return slip must be filled out and send back together with the refunded products. The returned items has to be returned to the delivery service point indicated on the return label.  The amount that has already been paid will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods. Internationally the delivery may be delayed.

 

 

          How to return 

 

Follow the steps below to receive your return label if you ordered & live in Germany.

The refund will be issued as soon as we have received your return order. You will be refunded to the same form of payment  from when the purchase was made.

Items have to be returned in the original shipping box and original condition and with all their tags on.

 

Steps:

 

1. Place product or products in the original shipping box including the filled out return slip.

 

2. Close and tape the box.

 

3. Send an email to jenmmdesign@gmail.com with the message that you would like to return your order or part of your order .

 

4. We will either generate a return label and send it to you by email or forward you to our return portal where you can easily print out and create your return label.

 

5. Do label the box with the address/shipping label, preferably on top of the prior delivery info.

 

6. Take it to your nearest post office indicated on the  return label.

 

 

        WorldWide Returns

 

The order/item that you wish to return, needs to get send back at your own expense and before sending/ dispatching it, send an email to jenmmdesign@gmail.com, so that we know about the returned order and the arrival of the package. After, send us an email with the tracking number as well  with the chosen postal service that it has been send with to jenmmdesign@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are not refundable. As soon as the package/returned order arrives, we will refund you as soon as possible. 

 

 

 

* Please note that momentarily for orders to the UK , USA and internationally can not be generated a return label. In this case return costs must be taken by the costumer. The return must be accepted from the costumer as a new package at DHL Service point and let us know the tracking number for it. Shipping fees are not refundable.
